Insurance and Payment Information

El Portal Comprehensive Cancer Centers (EPCC) recommends checking with your insurer about your coverage, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs for services at our facility.

Being prepared ahead of time.

Your costs depend on your individual plan and may include co-pays and deductibles, which we are required to collect at each visit and treatment. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

While most insurance plans are in-network with EPCC, some may be out-of-network. Confirm your coverage and network status by contacting your insurer and our clinic before your visit.

For questions or to request itemized bills, contact our office or the EPCC Customer Care Team at 209-726-3410.

Note: This information provides general overview and does not guarantee coverage or financial responsibility. Always verify specifics with your insurance provider. Call the phone number on the back of your card for the most accurate information.
